Is It Safe To Order Online?

Jamiefame.com takes every effort to protect your privacy and payment details, we use EWAY to keep all customer details secure. Unless you choose to provide such information to us, Jamie Fame will not obtain personal information about you when you visit our site, nor will such information be sold or otherwise transferred to unaffiliated third parties without the approval of the user at the time of collection.

How Will I Know That My Order Was Accepted?
You will receive an email confirmation shortly after your order has been placed acknowledging your payment and providing you with a tracking number for your shipment. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing.

Can I Add or Remove Items From My Order Once It Is Submitted?
Once your order has been submitted we begin processing, during this time we cannot add or remove items from your order. However, we will make every effort to address any queries on a case by case basis. For any urgent matters in regards to your order please email store@jamiefame.com

Can I Cancel My Order After It Has Been Placed?

If for any reason you wish to cancel, please contact store@jamiefame.com no later than 24 hours after you have placed your order. Please provide the order number emailed to you at time of placement and reason for cancellation.

As we make every effort to ship orders same day, please note that unless we are notified in suffucient time, cancellation is not always possible as your package may have already been shipped. If your package has been shipped, we can only process your cancellation as a return (all costs of this will be incurred by you the customer).

What If An Item Is Out Of Stock?
If an item from your order is out of stock, you will be notified via email and a refund will automatically be issued to the original purchasing credit card.

Can I Pre Order An Item?
Yes, when pre order items are available we will outline details in the product description. 

How Do I Check My Order Status?
You will be notified via email shortly after your order is placed with a confirmation and tracking number. If you would like to check on the progress of your order after shipment from the Jamie Fame office, please email store@jamiefame.com
