All orders will be shipped within two working days of placement. Domestic orders (within Australia) will be sent via Australia Post or courier, depending on the location. When placing your order please provide us with a daytime contact number so if needed, you can be contacted at the time of delivery.

All orders will be shipped within two working days of payment being finalised, we are closed weekends & public holidays so please allow extra time for delivery if you order at these times.
By ordering with www.jamiefame.com you are giving permission for us to authorise our nominated courier company to leave items at your address if there is no-one home at time of delivery. Every effort will be taken to deliver your order to you personally, however if needed packages will be left at your residence in a place deemed safe by the courier. Jamie Fame accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage caused to items during this process.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirming the shipping date and providing you with a tracking number for your parcel.
Taxes and duties
Orders shipped internationally (outside Australia) may incurr customs duties and foreign taxes that are payable before your order is cleared by customs. Jamie Fame can not estimate these costs nor are we responsible for them. For more information regarding duties payable and taxes in your region, please seek and contact your local customs office.
Ownership and risk
Jamie Fame will not be held responsible for any undeliverable orders. Upon delivery at your given address, ownership and risk of damage is transferred to you, the customer. A signature is required upon delivery of your product; if you are placing an order as a gift please use the name of the intended recipient in the shipping address form located at the checkout. In the instance that the intended recipient is unavailable, re-delivery with the courier/handler company will be organised.
No order cancellations will be accepted during Sale period.
As we make every effort to ship orders same day, please note that unless we are notified in sufficient time, cancellation is not always possible as your package may have already been shipped. If this occurs, your cancellation will need to be processed as a refund.
